CLEANER EFFICIENCY
The Perform & Protect range reduces the health risks associated with dust inhalation such as silicosis or chronic obstructive lung disease (COLD). The Perform & Protect range features advanced dust management solutions including HEPA certified M Class extractors (0.1% dusts with maximum allowable concentrations (MAC) ≥ 0.1 mg/m³) with automatic filter cleaning, shrouds, hollow drill bits, as well as universal extractors compatible with all brands of tools.

High speed, high-performance tools can jam when cutting or drilling risking injury to the user and tool. Our Perform & Protect range features integrated, advanced torque control technology as standard.
Anti-rotation E-Clutch systems detect rotational motion and minimise any sudden torque reaction, while electronic Kickback Brakes in our grinders automatically shut off power when a pinch, stall or bind up occurs. LED indicators and overload sensors also feature.

A STEADY HAND
Prolonged exposure to vibration may result in fatigue, pain, numbness, increased sensitivity to cold, and decreased sensitivity to touch in fingers and hands. The DEWALT SHOCKS ACTIVE VIBRATION CONTROL® System reduces vibration felt at the handles. Tools recording a 5m/s² vibration can be used up to 2 hours/day to reach the exposure action value (EAV) and up to 8 hours/day to reach the exposure limit value (ELV).
